The scenario

A carrier's operations agent and a customs broker's agent exchange and act on a container's manifest. Each cross-organization access gets an Axiom Protocol receipt — independently signed, its daily batch anchored to a public blockchain (Solana devnet today) — a record neither company controls and neither can quietly rewrite. Weeks later, a dispute resolves against the receipt chain instead of two contradictory internal logs.

Why it matters for shipping & supply chain

The verticals worth chasing are cross-organizational, and they don't run on “trust my log.” When an agent acts on another company's data, what most cleanly settles a dispute is an attestation from outside both parties' trust boundaries.
